Vinification: Temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats
Dosage: 8g/L
Aging: 3 years minimum in cellar

Eye: A creamy and rich foam appears when the wine is served in the glass. The lively effervescence creates an evanescent necklace, adorning a bright, clear and glowing golden colour.
Nose: The first nose is very floral, offering aromas of white flowers. Upon aeration, the wine reveals ripe fruits, while the finish lingers on a delicate spicy note.
Palate: Freshness prevails on the attack, later leaving ground for roundness and ripeness. The wine holds wonderfully, and the finish is perfectly well-balanced.
