Vinification: Temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats
+ aging in oak barrels
Eye: The eye is seduced by this clear wine, with a light ruby colour.
Nose: On the nose, elegant notes of black fruits, blackberry, Burlat cherry and blackcurrant liqueur. Upon aeration, other aromas appear, such as grenadine, spices, a hint of liquorice and plums in brandy.
Palate: The palate is generous, luxurious and fruity. The aromas on the attack echo those found on the nose. The finish highlights the subtle presence of wood, with vanilla notes and silky tannins.
