Aging: 10 years minimum in cellar

Eye: A rich and crealy foam appears when the wine is served in the glass. A cheerful effervescence and very small bubbles enliven a crystal-clear wine offering old gold hues.
Nose: The first nose expresses a beautiful maturity, as well as aromas of delicately grilles almonds and hazelnuts. Upon aeration, aromas of candied yellow-fleshed fruit appear, complemented by a hint of bourbon vanilla and old brandy on the finish.
Palate: The attack on the palate is smooth and rather round. The wine is full-bodied and perfectly well-balanced between maturity and residual freshness.
