Aging: 4 years minimum in cellar
Eye: The lively effervescence gives birth to a delicate necklace of tiny bubbles at the surface of the wine, which is crystal clear and offers a beautifully bright golden colour.
Nose: The gentle and elegant nose subtly opens on an exquisite note of foliage, accompanied by a hint of tangy yellow fruits, while the finish offers aromas of bread crumbs.
Palate: The palate is elegant, straight and fresh. The aromatic palette focuses on wild berries and tangy cherries, and then fades into a pure and delicious finish revealing beautiful bitter citrus notes (orange).
