Champagne Fernand HUTASSE
Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
Vinification: Temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats
Aging: 10 years minimum in cellar
Eye: A gentle effervescence builds a thin necklace of bubbles along the side of the glass. The wine displays a shimmering golden colour and delicate amber reflections.
Nose: The first nose reveals the subtle aging process. Delightful roasted notes and grilled bread aromas blend with an elegant hint of honey, while the finish displays exquisite sandalwood.
Palate: The attack on the palate develops a perfect balance between freshness and elegance, followed by tangy aromas of candied citrus and a few autumn notes. The straight and elegant finish is highlighted by a hint of soft wheat.
