Champagne Fernand HUTASSE
Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
Vinification: Temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats
Aging: 10 years minimum in cellar
Eye: A creamy foam appears once the wine is served. The peaceful effervescence builds a thin necklace settling on the sides of the glass. The wine is clear and bright, displaying a lovely old gold colour.
Nose: The first nose reveals fascinating cedar notes which outline the full-bodied character of this champagne. With aeration, the wine develops aromas of cashew nuts, green tea and light tobacco, accompanied by a delicate whiff of iodine.
Palate: The attack on the palate is round and refreshing, and mirrors the notes found on the nose, complemented by exquisite aromas of candied exotic fruit and honey. The finish lingers on a delightful freshness.
