Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
Vinification: Temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats
Dosage: 8g/L
Aging: 10 years minimum in cellar

Eye: The effervescence is lively and builds a thin necklace of fine bubbles. The colour reveals the perfect purity of this wine.
Nose: The first nose offers powerful acacia honey aromas, and when the wine opens, brandy and Mirabelle plum notes appear. The finish lingers on a beautiful autumn profile (foliage, chestnuts).
Palate: The complex palate unveils a candy and roasted apricot aromatic profile. The finish is slightly spicy, accompanied by dried nuts (pistachio, cashew nuts).
