Eye: A lively effervescence and very small bubbles complement
a pale golden colour. The wine is clear and bright.
Nose: The first nose offers aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit. Once aerated in the glass, the cuvee reveals honey and gingerbread notes, followed by a hint of quince on the finish.
Palate: The attack is round, with underlying freshness. The finish
reveals candied fruit notes and a delicately noble bitterness.
