Blend: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay
Vinification: Temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats
Dosage: 8g/L
Aging: 6 years minimum en cave

Eye: When the wine is poured in the glass, a rich foam builds a large necklace of tiny bubbles. The wine is crystal-clear, with old gold reflections.
Nose: The first nose reveals dried fruit aromas, highlighting the excellent maturity of the cuvee. Upon aeration, spring honey notes appear, followed by a hint of gingerbread on the finish.
Palate: The attack is round and well-balanced. The wine is full-bodied, robust and rich, nevertheless offering a lovely freshness which lingers on the finish.
